Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Eicgo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
